  • Check in closes 15 minutes prior to departure
  • The operator reserves the right to amend timetables, cancel cruise departures and substitute vessels at any time for safety or operational reasons including due to unsafe weather conditions or vessel maintenance
  • Minimum numbers must be met for all tours to operate
  • Milford Sound is a natural environment so wildlife sightings cannot be guaranteed
  • Passengers who do not check-in for departure will be considered “no shows” and are not entitled to a refund
  • Car Parking: On arrival at Milford Sound you can park at the Milford Sound carpark at a fee of $25 for 5 hours. Please allow 10 minutes to walk from the main carpark to the Milford Sound Visitor Centre. Alternatively, you can park free of charge at Deepwater Basin Carpark and walk over to Freshwater Basin to the Cruise Terminal. This walk is approximately 30 minutes in duration, so additional time will need to be allocated in order to do this comfortably and arrive at the terminal 20 minutes prior to your cruise for check-in
Cancellation Policy
  • Unless otherwise specified, any cancellations are required to be made at least 24 hours prior to departure
  • Cancellations made within 24 hours or on the day of travel are not entitled to a refund
  • Claims for refunds due to circumstances out of passengers control should be submitted in writing no later than 30 days after the date of departure
  • Passengers are recommended to insure themselves against cancellation charges and possible loss of personal belongings
